Malibu Skyye Shipping and Return Policy:

At Malibu Skyye, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! We offer fast shipping on all our high-quality luxury embroidered hoodies. Here are the key details:

Processing Time- Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. (Preordered items can take up to 2 weeks to ship)
Shipping Methods: We use reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. You can choose from standard or expedited shipping at checkout.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you!

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window: You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund (we charge a $5 restocking fee). We do also offer exchanges. 
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your hoodie for a different size or style, let us know! We’ll help you find the perfect fit and get it shipped out to you.
