Shipping and Return Policy

Welcome to our return policy for clothing! At Malibu Skyye we believe in providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes the item you receive may not fit or suit your needs. Therefore, we have created a straightforward and easy-to-follow return policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

  1. Eligibility for Returns We accept returns for all full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

  2. Returns Process To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at Malibuskyye@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label to print and attach to the package. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

  3. Refunds and Exchanges Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Once this process is complete you will be emailed either a copy of your refund or new tracking number if it is an exchange. 

  4. Non-Refundable Items Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  5. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. We do not refund original shipping fees. We do offer free shipping over $100.
