Shipping Timeline

All Malibu Skyye orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 5–7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the selected shipping carrier, and will vary based on location. While we work closely with reliable shipping partners, transit delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

International orders may require additional transit time due to destination-specific shipping practices and customs processing. Please note that international shipping timelines can vary significantly, and any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We offer the following return options on eligible items:

• Refund to original payment method must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Exchange or store credit must be requested within 10 days of deliveryAll returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unscented In original condition

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must submit a request through our Return Portal within the applicable timeframe. You will need:

• The email address or phone number associated with your order

• Your order number

Please complete the form with as much detail as possible to ensure efficient processing. Return shipping fees or exchange charges may apply and will be calculated within the portal depending on the reason for the return or exchange. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to your email. Items must be shipped back using this label within the specified timeframe. After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. If approved, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed accordingly.

Swimwear Returns & Exchanges:

To uphold strict hygiene standards, swimwear is eligible for return only if:

• It is unworn and unwashed

• All original tags are attached

• The hygienic liner remains intact

Any swimwear showing signs of wear, washing, or missing the hygienic liner will be declined and returned to the customer

Malibu Skyye LLC reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

At this time, all international orders are final sale. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international purchases. We kindly ask international customers to review sizing, product details, and order information carefully before completing their purchase.

Please note that international shipping timelines may vary due to carrier transit times and customs processing. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

At Malibu Skyye, your experience matters to us, and we are always committed to helping find a solution when shipping issues arise. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and verifying your delivery address whenever possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please visit the return portal on our website within 48 hours of delivery. Follow the prompts and provide photographs when requested. This allows us to review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us at hello@malibuskyye.com and we will work closely with the shipping carrier to help investigate and determine next steps. Please note that resolution timelines are subject to the carrier’s investigation process, but we will remain in communication throughout the process.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by submitting the form on our website or emailing hello@malibuskyye.com.

Requests must be made within 12 hours of purchase to be considered. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

All clearance items, gift cards, international orders, and any other items marked as "final sale" are are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that were purchased before going on sale are not eligible for price adjustments or partial refund.
